Ld 1306 will be going to public hearing on the 12th, Tuesday, at 1pm in Room 126 of the Capital Building before the Transportation Committee. The language has again been revised and the Right Reverend is still adamantly opposed I'm sure.
As we approach this, remember this date is also the 150th Anniversary of the start of the American Civil War. Coincidence???
