As getting up early is becoming more of a chore than usual it did not help that it was still the crack of dark and the daylight was taking its sweet ass time about becoming viable.
On the road by 6, in Brewer, on site by 8:10, showed the other Maine that we here are true to our word. They in turn are also true to there word and put on a very diverse show.
Benefiting the Boy Scout's, the show was to say the least, geared toward fun with activities like a fan belt toss and other car games going all day. Minimal Classes and about 150 Cars rounded out the Show.
The Awards For 3rd an 2nd were the run of the mill plastic tubes and shiny crap . The 1st Place trophies were all hand made from used car parts and were quite unique as no two were the same.
Good little show with a few quirks. But the fact that the time spent, was fun and eating at Dysart's on the way home was worth every Quirk.
