And Now For...

I really do read other stuff and write about what I know of and use the facts as they are presented. The Fact is I wasn't anywhere near this State. I was 2 States over in Vermont with some real good friends having a great time at the NSRA N/E Nationals Plus.

An experience like this is completely different from anything around here with prizes and vendors and drawings all weekend. Starting on a Thursday evening that was damp and dreary the weekend got cranked up on Friday and blasted its way into the record books with 1664 vehicles that were at least 30 years old. Lasting 3 days it is more of a Car Show binge than an event.

Anybody that has never been to a NSRA event can tell you that it is an eye opening experience on the grounds during the day and a Cruise Night like no other in the evening as most if not all the motels have some cars parked in its parking lot.

OOB and Standish really didn't matter. To some maybe it did and I don't mean to sound cavalier but you have got experience a Real Show and get to meet some real good folks who don't need the glory of a Trophy to have a good time. 1664 Vehicles came in and only 24 went out with an award. Ask around, you may find one or two of the locals that were there and at least one that was rewarded.
